Imagination is the most important tool of mental capacity.
Our mental exercises will be based on creative imagination with powerful visualization of a mental picture representing the solution you’re looking for. Because in the realisation of a desire it is important for you to be able to mentally ‘see’ that desire.
If you wish to obtain something palpable first you need to imagine that object in great detail. The mental image of your object has to be as clear as possible. To become a reality the solution of a problem needs to get a mental ‘shape’ first and this is what you see in your mind. Everything you see around you on this planet was first an image in somebody’s mind, a mental reality.
In order for your ‘mental reality ‘to become material reality you must start a course of action and persevere until this happens.
This course of action will start with your thoughts. This mental activity will have the following phases:
- Keeping in your memory that image mentioned above ;
- Frequently seeing that image in your mind ;
- Charging it with positive energy ;
- Removing obstacles as fear, doubt, hesitation, laziness, lack of confidence ;
- Associating the image with growing enthusiasm.
The physical activity should start with:
- Making effective steps as instructed by your mind that will get you closer to material realisation.
- Spotting and seizing opportunities.
- Selecting 2-3 possibilities that have the best potential.
- Intensifying the physical activity within these possibilities.
- Assessing the results.
- Improving the results so that they resemble as much as possible your mental picture.
- Giving yourself a prize for realising your goal e.g. leisure time, short break etc
These general guidelines are valid even if the problem you are having is very complex.
My mental exercises are based on these guidelines however each exercise is meant to give a specific result and there is an exercise for each specific case.
