Mind power is our spiritual reality.

             Using the power of our mind is not a fantasy. It is the best self-help at the necessary moment when you are able to control your response to whatever comes in your way. The necessary moment is one moment before a danger and self-help is about  being able to take responsability for yourself. 

              By harnessing my mind, I gained an exemplary courage to confront  everyday's miserable problems , to better manage stress and to skillfully overcome the volatile factors.  More important,  since 1979,  when I began to use consciously the tools of mind power, I was never sick and I still enjoy a status of good health at this moment.  Later, I'll tell you how I've discovered this inner force.

              Now, please allow me to provide you with some data of my "normal " biography : My name is Lidia, I was born in Romania and later immigrated to Israel. I am the mother of superb daughter, Julia Sadeh , a talented artist who sells her art around the world. I am the grandmother of a very intelligent grandaughter, Nava, and I am the greatgrandmother of delicious greatgrandson, Or, and he is just the sweetest kid in the world and Noga actually a  sweet little girl.

               I've worked in the health profession more than 40 years as a certified nurse and physiotherapist. Simultaneously, from 1986, I began to work in my first business, a private clinic of alternative medicine and cosmetics. Gradually, as  I wanted to work less physically I changed the profile of my clinic into consulting services for various problems. To put me off, on the retired list ? No, my friend. Never. I am very busy and still I have  many projects to accomplish.

               I am relatively new in Internet but it was necessary to come on the carpet because I bring up an authentic information  about using mind power possibilities, based on my personal experience. More than ever, the world needs to read  the true  story of my personal transformation and resistance in a world full of fear, interests, incertitude and violence.

             I am a living proof of the existance of the healing mind and my website may be  a clinically verifiable document.  As a nurse I have a warm compassionate feelings for all that suffer {including animals }. Therefore I put on my website tested information only and nobody cannot say that  it is charlatan's fantasy. I performed hundreds times the act of "repeatable experiment ", and found that this procedure always works. I absolutely guarantee that visualizing in your mind a real desire is the key to get it. I reject a supranatural explanation or a simple "psychological" fenomenon. Creative visualization exercises increase blood flow to your brain to the parts of the brain where all the thinking happenes. It means more oxygen. Also, increase the production of serotonin which controls the vigor of brain by formation of the new neural connections {more dendrities }. And finally, means the strength in your positive feelings and more life-energy. And then, say a hot prayer for regaining youthful vigor and higher intelligence. And two prayers { just to whet your apetite } to  maximize your possibility for longevity.
